Our Chef

My name is John Alfred Grobbelaar, I’m a Chef by trade.
I currently reside in Sabie Mpumalanga . I am employed at a local Craft Brewery as their Executive Chef/ Restaurant Manager. I have interests in Artisanal Products, as well as the coffee Trade. I have a belief that food is something that needs to be treated with utmost care, use freshly grown ingredients where you can, and stay away from mass produced products, I would rather eat the blemished garden grown tomato, than that perfectly red tomato bought from the grocery shop.
